Completely changed my exercise routine
Brilliant innovation and a superb way to mix up your exercise routine. I initially started using the ex-belt to work out my upper body when running; now I incorporate it into all of my daily work outs.Resistance bands are really popular at the moment and the ex-belt enables you to harness how effective they are wherever you go. Really easy to set up, just clip it on and off you go. Perfect for working different muscle groups which I normally neglect.Unlike other forms of exercise which I took up for lockdown and will likely stop doing when gyms reopen, i'll be continuing to use the ex-belt for years to come.

Useless
Rubbish l, can't be used with other bands ( handle type).....no good rubbish, and over priced. Rubbish at that!

No need to be an athlete to use this fab product!!!
This product is a walk in the park for me! I approach my sixtieth summer with arthritis and chemo. (Arthritis induced by self-inflicted, dubious equestrian activities).The belt itself is very comfortable on my "non-waist". I'm still on the yellow bands, (easy to attach, even for me). Unsure, after a few stretches, I put a tape on (joking! have Alexa!) to Blondie "one way or another". WELL! In a week I can move my arms successfully, jive the hips and extend my taste in music!Would recommend this bit of kit for the stiff and olds! It had made a whole lot of difference to me!!

Band snapped on 2nd day!
The belt to be fair is good quality, but the band snapped on the 2nd day I had this after only very light use. Not impressed as it isn’t cheap.

Cheap and poor quality
Not what I expected cheaply made , I have seen better , it’s a o. K. Resistance band belt ,it’s ok for first time users sorry
