These are advertised as glass mirrors, but a review stated that they are plastic. Are these glass or plastic?

Did anyone else received these with defects on the face? I got a replacement and both have defects. Very disappointing.

Instructions not good. Says permanent stick to the stand. Then for adjustable stick to the adjustable stand. Well there only 1stand the adjustable
