Wasn’t too sure at first , gave me a little bit of heart burn, so took one tablet it every other day to begin with. Yet persevering now one a day and have a rest from it when I feel I need to, and one a day suits and have noticed a huge improvement , my hair feels thicker , skin looking better but time will tell have only been using product for a couple of weeks and I can see a difference . My joints feel good too

I’ve been taking these for around a month. My skin is noticeably nicer, although I don’t look like Shakira just yet. Not really noticed a difference in my hair as yet, and it’s still like the lions mane from the Wizard of Oz. I’ll persevere. Oh, and my nails seem stronger.

An excellent product and have just purchased my second bottle! It isn't a miracle cure but I can definitely see the benefits starting to happen and a few people have commented positively how good my hair and skin are looking. Also in comparison to other products this is value for money. If you are not keen on swallowing capsules you can empty the capsule contents and mix with a smoothie or health drink which is a bonus!

Tried this brand for a change from another one I bought and this was not very good. Nearly finished the whole bottle waiting to see if there's any improvement but no, going back to other ones.

I'm still on my fist bottle but already I feel more energised when I wake in the morning. My nails have definitely improved, they were soft and would break of now they are much stronger and I'm able to grow them.

Only been taking the collagen capsules for about 3 weeks so hard to tell . My nails were very brittle before taking them but seem to be getting stronger . I will definitely order another supply .
