Use it in my smoothies every morning, way better than swallowing a big ole pill!

This is my favorite flavor from the Vitamin Dose line. I have never been a fan of taking Vitamins (pills) because you have to make sure you have a tall glass of water with it. Plus, pills always have a weird taste and I would never take them because it was so unpleasant. I love the taste of Mango Magnesium and I find that the magnesium is great for my migraines and stress levels. It's not that I don't eat healthy, but who ever knows if you're getting 100% of the right vitamins every day? I like that the can is only 5oz so I can take it with me and drink it on the way to meetings or when I'm traveling/seeing friends and family over the weekend.
