Good stuff
Great product, made my periods more regular. The taste is awful, but that’s expected with the product, I mixed with lemon every time I took a dose. The expiry dates are awesome as well, years out, so you will have them for a while if you don’t use it often. Will order again when I run out.

Works like a charm
The past few years due to stress, and whatever else, my cycles sometimes get out of whack. I've seen my doctor and had blood tests and the usual GYN tests and pelvic CT scan, but everything is normal. But it's still very frustrating to have long or irregular cycles. I was skeptical to take a Chinese herb, because it's quite potent, but I was desperate to get back on track so I tried this twice a day, one dropper in a small cup of water. The result was everything I hoped for. Instead of causing breakthrough-style bleeding or a random false period, it actually seemed to stimulate healthy ovulation. Within a few days of taking it I could tell I was ovulating, and two weeks later I got a totally normal period. I stopped taking it and my cycles continued to be normal for many months. But every now and then, when my hormones go out of balance, I'll take this for a few days and it works like a charm. My only concern is that I've done research about dong quai, and it said women at high risk for breast cancer shouldn't take it. That worried me that it might increase estrogen and be harmful for any woman. But further research shows that women in Asia have used this for centuries, and that they have the lowest incidences of breast cancer in the world. And other articles said that taking dong quai short term has no negative effect at all, and that women swear by it as a reliable, safe remedy that has stood the test of time. I'm not a doctor, this was just my own personal research because the bottle itself came with no precautions. I'm confident now that it's safe for most women to use to help with cycle irregularities when needed. I'm certainly a believer. For me it Works. Every. Time.
