Er staat dat het pakket op 28 november bij mij is afgeleverd, maar ik heb het niet meer en niemand heeft het bij mij afgeleverd omdat er op dat moment niemand thuis was. Ik heb zelfs geen informatie dat het pakket bij een buurman ligt, dus ik weet niet wat er aan de hand is.
