The key fob case for my Honda Pilot was badly cracked and the screw fell out. However, the electronics were working fine... I just needed a new plastic case. This fit the bill beautifully. I removed the button pad and metal key blade from the old cracked case and installed them in the new plastic case. Took 2 minutes tops and now it feels like a brand new key fob -- sturdy and solid. And way better than paying a dealer $200+ for a whole new replacement key.Some people wrote reviews about having issues... I can't imagine what it could be. Slide the old blade into place, pop in the button pad, snap it shut and carefully screw in the screw. Super simple.

The plastic housing for my 2012 Honda Pilot key cracked. Duct tape and super glue only delayed the inevitable and eventually the entire plastic housing broke apart. I tried these instead of paying over $200 at the dealership for a new key and they work great. Easy to use and no issues with starting my car.

I replaced my granddaughter's key fob housing with the one here and was pleasantly surprised to find that after several months it's holding up and working well. It took only a few minutes to replace the electronics case and transfer the board out of the old key. Highly recommended before you go to the dealer and pay their price.

Easy to assemble but difficult to snap case together as it was a very tight fit. Overall the key fob shell works as well if not better than the original shell
