the mounting instructions were fine, the paper guide for drilling the holes was very accurate. This product looks good, matches the switch plate covers from Franklin Brass perfectly. just thought they would be more hefty, products from this company in the past seemed to be more robust, with a more solid feel to them. But in truth once mounted to the wall they seemed fine. I would buy from this company again.

Naturally, the brackets from the ones I installed just a few months ago weren't the same size as these--they reduced them to shave a few cents off every 100 they sell. But other than that, things went well. And keep in mind that it's no longer a mini-screwdriver to install them----it's an Allen wrench (provided) that you'll have to keep because no Allen wrench set in the world has one this small.

Sold as a 24 inch. Actual size is just under. If you are replacing a true 24 inch towel bar you will need to reposition one mounting bracket by about a half inch. Otherwise great!!

In one of our bathrooms we have always thought we needed more towel bars. These are a good match for the ones in the first room and we used the balance in the other bathroom.
