One of the best seasoning mixes!
All of the Hi Mountain cures are good, but the Cajun Blend and the Original Blend are the best! While I like spicy foods, the rest of my family does not. The Cajun Blend has the perfect mix of spice and flavor, and has been a hit with the family. My 10-year old daughter is a big fan of this one.For a little twist on the flavor, use a combination of the Cajun Blend and the Original Blend.

My wife Linda thought this stuff would make her task easier but oh no it wasn't she had to add more to the mix. Not all that good Lindas mix is far better. oh yes. Unless you like a very very mild season
