Cajun's Choice Seasoning Creole, 3.8 Ounce

I love this spice and depending on what state you live in, can be impossible to get. Glad Amazon had it.Has a balance kick, just enough heat with a touch of salt. Adds flavor to a dish.If you a have a dish that's a bit bland, this improves it. I love it sprinkled over boxed mac & cheese. Gives it another layer of flavor.I also use it to season ground meat, on cauliflower, and to perk up alfredo sauce.

This has been my favorite seasoning for years and then it disappeared of the shelves of grocery stores that I shop. Was very happy to find it on Amazon. However, thought that it would be in the glass container as pictured and I wanted but instead was in paperboard shakers which is why only four stars for value for money.

This is the best flavored creole seasoning I have ever bought. The flavor is ideal for chicken & fish, just the perfect blend. I use it virtually every week!

This is the ONLY seasoning we have found that makes AWESOME Red Beans & Rice! Our first favorite spice was discontinued, and we were so glad to find this to replace it! My husband puts this on everything - even his eggs!

I bought this over other items available because it was the traditional glass bottle. I got the cheap plastic and cardboard bottles instead...disappoint. Would not have bought if I knew.

Best flavored creole seasoning I have found...and I have tried many! I season everything with this one. Will be buying more in the future. I use it in my omettes, vegetables, burgers, steak — even pizza! Also try their shrimp seasoning packets -- one my favorite meals!!

Bestestestest (this should be a word. ) flavor on buttered pan-fried salmon..Not saying cooking this way is healthy - but tastes awesome.
