Looks study and adds height I need.
Even though I didn't install it yet. Just putting it on the seat adds height. I came to read reviews and how to install. I noted some people said it doesn't fit and from all the pictures I saw it's because they have elongated seats. Description specifically states it's for round toilet bowls! It feels good and if, after installation Inhave an issue I will update but for now looks sturdy and feels good.

Excellent Support and Comfort – A Must-Have for Recovery!
This raised toilet seat has been an absolute lifesaver as I prepare for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. Getting up and down had become increasingly difficult, but this seat has made a huge difference. It’s well-made, provides just the right height boost, and feels very sturdy—no slipping or shifting when I sit down. The quality is impressive, especially for the price. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra support or recovering from surgery!

Very useful
I got this to take with me as I travel it is big but it realy helps with my knees to get up. I can use on any tolet. So good for hotel bathrooms that always have lower tolet even in handicapped rooms. Also if staying with family and they don't have high tolet this is great.I have a permanent one on my tolet at home. But needed one for other places I go.If want for home I say get it if you have hard time getting up from tolet.

Good for its purpose
Does what it's supposed to do but I find it to round on top so it's uncomfortable to sit for a long period

Relief
This is exactly what I needed. What a relief! I am still a very mobile person but I have 3 bulging discs in the lumbar area so getting on and off the toilet was beyond painful. I like how high it is and the hard plastic that can easily be sanitized. I like that it doesn’t have side rails. I guess I take it either way me for long trips. Maybe a zipper carrying case would be a nice offer.

Toilet seat lift
This replaces one I had previously. The first was basically Styrofoam. This one is more serious. It even has tabs you can attach so it doesn't move around. I have severe arthritis in both knees. It's too painful to sit so low. This is the answer to getting up. I can basically walk up and sit down without bending down.

No way to tighten to toilet
No way to fit to bowl of toilet, when person sits down it shifts, its unstable. It doesn’t move super far, but it makes you feel like you’re going to fall off the toilet which is super scary for a disabled person.

Recommend
Can’t beat it for the price. Purchased for post hip surgery. Only thing that I don’t like is the fact that you can’t close the lid to flush, which totally grosses me out, but I’m not sure if they even make raised toilet seats with lids. I’ve semi solved the problem by throwing a thick floor bath mat over it prior to flushing 🤷♀️ it’s sturdy and placement consists of lifting your seat and plopping this one over the porcelain. Little rubber pieces keep it from sliding on the pot. Would recommend.
