Waste of money
Don’t buy symphony cooler …This cooler doesn’t cool..and when I complain they said warranty of cooling pad not not included.. ..symphony is very useless company..all my money is wasted

Damaged ,used,dirty
The product was damaged as well as used.It had too much dirt on inside and outside.The honey comb pads were broken

Not as nice as demo
This product is 2020 manufactured and looks very light and not rigid. Works very normal and no special filter as advertised like i-pure technology and bacteria filter

My over all experience is average.
My over all experience is average. after sales service is not good. my experience is bad. My cooler's water motor with in year got damaged. And when I called customer care, they asked for paid service in the name of company policy. Nowadays such companies have become very clever. Use low grade quality products so that the customer keeps on purchasing the parts again and again.

Amazing
I have been already using this model, but this time I used in not so ventilated room and was amazed by cooling it did.PS : I kept it near window but ya room was not ventilated

DO NOT by this worst piece of Junk and waste 11K and your time
Purchased this in March 2021. On arrival itself the base of the cooler had a crack, leaking all the water!The foam at the base was without any damage indicating that the crack happened before they packed the piece - what kind of disingenuous crooks knowingly sell a defective piece as a 'premium' product?!Opened a side panel and tried fixing tape around the crack.. this limited the leakage a bit. Luckily needed the cooler only for a couple of days (used may be for a total of 15-20 hours) since the temperatures went down. Cleaned it up this year (2022) and switched it on - lo and behold, the pump isn't working! Now it's not even a piece of cr*p cooler .. only a glorified piece of c*ap fan that occupies a tonne of space!DO NOT BUY this crappy product and lose your money and mind!
