It's nothing special and works as intended. It's chonky (about as thick as two chocolate bars stacked together) yet feels compact. Power bank has rounded edges. It will not fit well in one pant pocket if you also keep your phone there. This can charge a modern smartphone to full capacity atleast 4 times. No fast charge/quick charge available in this. Provided charging cable (micro usb) is too small so you will have to buy a seperate charging cable(s) (both micro usb and type-c). Charge capacity indicators 4 levels) are helpful. This power bank can charge two different mobile devices at the same time, provided you have two seperate charging cables. Power bank will take 7-8 hours to fully charge from dead (using either a type-c or a micro usb cable). Will heat up a little bit normally when charging it's batteries. Will also heat up a little bit when charging your mobile devices which is fine. Do not keep or use power bank in direct sunlight or near water. It is not water proof. It's made of plastic so it isnt rugged at all. Use at your own risk in extreme heat (desert) or extreme cold weather (mountain).

After charging a 5000 Mah mobile for one time the power bank battery power is exhausing

Not 20k only 10k power bank no fast charge so west of money

My problem was resolved with this powerbank at best price. Portronics products are cool.
