Was a disappointingly short book for the price with very few recipes, it was more like a pamphlet.

It's only 68 pages!!!!
Extremely basic information that, if you have epilepsy, you already know and the information on the Ketogenic diet again, is extremely basic. Nice moneymaker for the author. Not much help for the rest of us.

I’m so disappointed with this keto epilepsy book, I thought it would be filled with recipes but instead it only has four pages of recipes and 64 pages of useless keto info I already know
