I don't have a big head but I went with the Large cap size since it can be adjusted.One thing for people who wonder: Satin is NOT a fabric. It's a type of weave. As long as it's smooth, non-drying, and doesn't catch on the hair, it works as a lining.PROS:--It's comfortable. That's number one. It doesn't make noise on my pillow. It doesn't slip or slide on my pillow. It's perfect to sleep in.--The outer fabric is really nice and soft. I got the grey pattern because it's sort of neutral. If I looked good in hats, this would be cute. I look like a dork.-- The satin lining is perfect. It is smooth enough not to "catch" on my hair and if I don't wear the cap too tightly, my curls don't get squashed out of shape.--I had none of the problems with the staining that I had with another cap when I went to bed with a too damp product in my hair.--I didn't have any problems with the cap having odors after wearing it on slightly dampened hair.--It's roomy enough if I wear twists/Bantu knots, etc. It might even be roomy enough for someone wearing smaller rollers, but I don't know.-- I can adjust the strap to tighten the edges of the cap. This was most important to me because some caps have been too loose or too tight or slide off at nighttime.--Another biggie: my head didn't sweat. I tend to get very warm during the night and usually if I wear a cap to bed it's worse. I had NO problems with sweating my hair out while wearing this.CON - there is only a small one...--the first night when I adjusted the band, it hung long against my neck & was a bit annoying. I simply tucked it inside the cap. Problem solved.This is probably the best sleep cap I have owned. It works well for preserving my curls at night. It's comfortable. It really can be worn out in public (if you look good in hats) because it doesn't look like a sleep cap. No one looks cute in the store in a sleep bonnet that looks like a sleep bonnet.I also like wearing it around the house over a plastic cap when I am doing a treatment or deep condition. It makes me almost look cute. LOL

So I bought one more to bed one night. It looks like a cute saggy how it went on and I honestly already bought another one for work. My hair felt amazingly soft after and it's so nice to have it up and out of my way. I have a lot of hair and this works amazing for me

Doesn't leave marks on my forehead like I was worried about. There is a way to tighten it in the back which is quite useful. It is warm and comfortable to wear and I'm very happy with it.
