Warning, don’t take Green Tea supplements unless you’ve consulted your doctor first! I ended up on A&E after taking these supplements for less than a week. The high caffeine levels in green tea extract, can overstimulate the cardiovascular system, leading to not only palpitations but also increased blood pressure and irregular heart rhythms.
