Seems to help whiten teeth to a normal human-tooth-colored white (not movie-star white). Doesn't worsen my sensitivity. Flavor is relatively mild. I like it

My teeth are whiter
My dentist originally gave me a tube of this toothpaste to use for my sensitive gums. My oral health was not the best and I was skeptical at first. But within just a few uses, day and night, my gums were not as sore when brushing, nor did they bleed as often. My teeth are also whiter. The taste of the mint is refreshing and not overwhelming. After one tube, I had to purchase more and Amazon had an affordable price. The quality and value is agreeable.
