Watch the video!
Great idea to follow up the order with an email providing a link to a You Tube video on how to properly use the Qstick! After watching it, I realized what I was doing wrong and that's why it didn't work as well as I had hoped. But now using the right technique ("rolling" the stick was key), I love it. I saw some reviews talking about how it hurt -- but the only time it kind of hurt was in a sensitive area above the lip -- but heck, no worse than getting it waxed! I am very pleased!

AND I LOVE IT!
IT WORKS, LADIES- IT WORKS! AND I LOVE IT!!!Ok, I have been dealing facial hair since the on start of my menopause 4 years ago. I am 58-years old and I thought that I should just leave this on-going issue I have regarding my facial hair on my upper lip. But each time I look into the mirror, I see a woman who is starting to be like a man. Not that my facial hair on my upper lip is strangely obvious. It's very fine unless you come in very close proximity to my face. So, I went online and researched. Mostly, items available were on "threading" procedure which I think would be a nightmare for me to do because I didn't grow up doing this threading thing. And also, I am not fond of going to the salon just for this service. Because apart from the service, the aestheticians, for most of my adult life, do pressure sell me to buy their products at the salon which is a big turn off to me. They do one thing, I tip them well and still they kinda urge you to buy stuffs. And if you don't give in, you can see some negative reaction in the air which I really don't want to deal with.Anyhow, after spending three nights online looking for the right product to use for my facial hair removal issue-I stumbled upon "THE QSTICK" here in AMAZON. Immediately, I watched their vdo file in youtube and I was totally impressed. And then again, to ensure that this is the right stuff for me, I browsed for more vdo files on yourtube. What was striking for me was in seeing this woman who illustrated on how she did it herself using The QSTICK! With her VDO file showing up a close-up feature of her facial hair being removed from the root was interesting. I was immensely impressed. Right there and then, I ordered it right away here in AMAZON! Today, it finally arrived (after much anticipation on my part) and it didn't fail me!I started using it as per the instruction given by the manufacturer. I used it upward and downward- inward and outward on my fine facial hair. The hair was instantly removed. It isn't that painful. Totally bearable. But it made my skin to be peachy in color for a while. P.S. I used an aloe vera gel for sensitive skin to help tame the skin that was a little pinkish after the hair was removed.I noticed as well that if I "widen the shape of the inverted U" while using the QSTICK, it works much better and takes off the hair quite easily. This is as opposed to just maintaining the inverted U shape. Do what works for you.On another note, I had the mistake of experimenting on removing some of my notorious eyebrows and while doing so, I had the bad experience of having my eyelash or two removed! So, watch out. Don't do it on your eyebrowse! Use it only on your upper lip! After that silly experience, I decided to continue reading the instructions and it really was not advised to do be used on other body parts except on the upper lip!I am giving this product a 5-star rating for its industrial design- safe and sound; easy to use; light and simple and can be easily put taken anywhere you want to go. You can easily slip it inside your pocket or make up bag! The cost is very reasonable and affordable, too. Don't go for threading! Go for QSTICK. Buy it now. As in right away! Now, I feel like a real woman again. No more hair on my upper lip! Thank you, QTIP!

Does get the hairs as easily as I thought it would
Does get the hairs as easily as I thought it would. I have to finesse it a lot for it to even get one or two hairs. It is painful when it does get a hair but you have to work at it a lot to get it. Not worth it in my opinion. I thought this would be a great money saver to waxing or threading medium sized areas but it is not. Even leg hair it only pulls out a couple at a time.

It's kind of fun to use
It's kind of fun to use; twirling it around on my face while watching the tellie and getting off those tiny little hairs. Don't expect to get em all though. It does not grab those annoying little nubs. You have to wait a while until they grow out. Otherwise, it does work. Be aware that you will feel a slight ouch as the hairs come out. No worse than plucking though.

It's ok
It's ok. I got it to work as described but the fact that I have to repeatedly go back over an area to get all the little hairs is a no from me. It just feels like it takes way too long. Waxing/shaving is much faster and less painful.

Easy to use
I am super sensitive to threading in the salons, this tool has been easy to use and a lot less painful than salon threading. I am quite happy with it.

Quick and easy to use
It does take a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use. Painful? Meh, depends where you're ripping the hair from and how delicate the area is. Otherwise, piece of cake...

Not the best.
I have purchased many similar threading tools. This one is very weak and difficult to use. The coils need to be firmer to glide over your face and remove hair.
