Beautiful shape
This fat ball holder looks beautiful hung in the tree outside my kitchen window, I chose it because I liked the lid shape. This winter has been so wet that feeding the birds has become ridiculously difficult as everything gets soaked. The squirrels have been bemused by it, they can’t seem to get a grip on it. This was another reason for my choice. It definitely looks sturdy and the wire cage appears stronger than other bird feeders I have had.My only problem was initially unscrewing the lid, I had to don my rubber gloves to get a grip. Now no problem. It was the design that drew me to it, it doesn’t look at all twee. AND the birds like it!

A lovely addition to the garden "furniture"
This is as pretty as the picture advertised........easy to put together and easy to put the fat balls in. The birds took a couple of weeks to "find it" but now use it every day. It is fascinating to see how they get at the food.....some hook on to the sides and others fly straight at the balls so that some of the food drops off and the birds eat it from the ground. The grass is quite worn down by their feet!

Beautiful
Was worried the birds would not like it, but they had no issues feeding from it. Adds style to the garden

Small
Very much smaller than I thought but looks nice,The birds are having non of it, unlike the doughnut feeders. The lid hides the balls on my feeding stand. Will keep and wait until spring.

Very good
A beautiful ornate bird feeder that I have hanging in my garden now. Great quality and a good price. Highly recommended

Looks great and works too!
Great addition to the garden. It took a little while for the birds to recognise it as a feeder, but now it's regularly visited by the blue tits. The jays leave it alone, probably due to its flat shape, which is good.

Lovely feeder
I rally like this feeder. It looks great and is just a little different to the longer ones. It holds six balls and the birds do seem to like it. For robins you do need to hand it near something they can stand on!

Sturdy with a lid that keeps the weather off the fat balls.Easy to screw lid on and offAfter a slow start the birds seem to like it - especially a spotted woodpecker!
