Q: Does it roll down when you play tennis (which is what I need it for) or other sports?

I have not played tennis with it on but, i have worked it in 10 hours at a time never rolled down once. Bought it back in January.

Q: Will this brace actually put pressure on the tip of the elbow that might help stop fluid building up in the bursa sac?

It just offers compression support. It will not stop fluid build up. It's great for the compression support though.

Q: How to wash uflex knee sleeve

I wash by hand using warm water, a little vinegar and baking soda and then air dry -- I believe the manufacturer says not to use washing machine
