This is a well made bag made specifically to contain and protect fold-able type umbrella strollers. These strollers tend to get a beating during air travel and even in the trunk of a car full of hard luggage. The use of double construction is a great plus.The tough 'ballistic' fabric does provide an outer protective shell. The outer fabric was a very tight weave which I felt would resist rough wear and tear. Also the package came surprisingly with a luggage strap that is of just the right length to wrap around the center of the bag. The strap is great because it helps hold the stroller tightly in place in the bag. I consider this a great solution to a real travel problem.
