This device doubles up an internal usb header, it is well made and comes with everything needed to install neatly next to the motherboard. Good value for money.

Needed to expand my motherboard to have 3 usb2.0 connections for a thunderbolt card and liquid CPU cooler LED display. Works great with no issues, and glued in a little space in my PC case.

My motherboard (ASUS ROG STRIX X370-F Gaming) has a single USB2.0 header which was being used by my NZXT Kraken X73 AIO. I bought some new NXZT AER 2 RGB fans and an NZXT Fan Controller which required a connection to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard. Using this, I was able to split the port between the AIO and the Fan Controller. This product is not edible.

The 9 pin splitter shipped out quick and arrived on time. Shipped in a paper bag. It comes in a little hard plastic box that protects it. Easy to install and works with no problems. I would recommend and I would buy again if needed.
