20x30x1 Air Filter for AC HVAC Furnace, Machine Washable & Dryer Friendly MREV 8 Plus Reusable Air Filters

I just received my filter! We have 5 Siberian Husky's and live in the desert (dirt and lots of dust) of Arizona. See the first picture. That is just 7 days of dog hair and dust! The filter was blue! I know that I will have to spot clean this every few days with the vacuum and wash once a week or two. (I will see how that goes) but I am so excited to lessen the amount of trash!Frame was easy to assemble and filter sleeve was easy to go on. Zipper looks sturdy. We shall see!Shipping took almost a month and I forgot I ordered it.I will post an update in 30 days after I wash it.

Great purchase! Washing and drying saves a lot on waste and money! Frame will snap if not careful!

I must say the feeling of the material is quality. But the install into my 20x30 opening for filtration is the most snug fit I’ve experienced from any filter. All other media filters seems to shift and move and I assume allow unfiltered air to bypass the filter. They move up and down as the air handler kicks on and off. Not this gem she is in there right and allows no sneaking by on the edges for air. Plus between the K&N and this one that are both washable, it not this one is remove throw in washing machine. K&N wash with hose and then must apply filter oil to much hassle to much extra and more cost. This one is one purchase, just right, reusable!

While the filter is advertised to last 36 washes, you'll be lucky to get 4 cycles out of the frame before you need to repair it (with duct tape) or replace it, but they don't sell individual replacement frames. Probably better off creating your own frame if you know how.

I love this type of filter. It last a long time.

I like being able to clean this filter whenever I need to. This filter works great for me.

I purchased this product, because I needed a new filter, and I was tired of the waste from the disposable ones. I haven't washed it yet, but it fit perfectly and was easy to put together. I check it from time to time, and so far I don't see a huge build up. They include a handy magnet and whiteboard marker to note when you changed the filter and the next date you will need to wash the filter. Overall I think it's a great buy and I'm happy I can make small decisions like this to help reduce waste.

Filter material once washed gently requires a lot of strength and pull to get back on frame. Material needs more give and frame less bending. I like the filter quality but not the aggravation. I have arthritis which makes this a problem.
