Top Notch
I like this stuff...it's creamy and tasteful without having too much sugar. I used to buy a powered oatmilk creamer that I really liked (I won't name the company) but they suddenly decided that their profit margin wasn't enough and stopped making it. Unable to find a suitable replacement, I decided to make my own with oat milk, adaptogens and MCT oil. I used this oat milk and I've never looked back. Plus it's organic and cheaper than the powdered one I was buying even factoring in the other ingredients. Anyway, this is a quality product and really quite tasty. You can't go wrong.

Best Oatmilk for those who crave Barista style
This is the best barista-style oatmilk. Previously my favorite was “Minor Figures” Organic barista Oat, and before that Califia Farms Barista-style oatmilk. While both of those are fine products and work well with coffee or other drinks, this one (Wilia’s) offers the best combination of smoothness, consistency, and subtle flavor. It is a bit thicker than most barista blends without being too thick (and no sediment, even at the last pour) and has several grams of fiber that the others (namely minor figures) does not have. Plus this probably harks closest to a “homemade blend” without the fuss of making it not the concerns of separation. I have this on subscribe and save which gives a hearty discount.

Updated Review - Tons of microfoam, mildly nutty taste, pretty good
Updated review - I received a case that had a number of sour containers from Amazon initially and I gave the product a 3/5 because I wanted to warn people that something must have gone funky in the warehouse. So the folks at Willa proactively reached out to me because of my original review and sent me a replacement case which was super nice of them. I'm no professional reviewer by any means and I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to review this but I feel like I should since I need to update this one and since they were so nice to replace the case.I have a middle of the road espresso machine and this milk gives you a ton of microfoam. It also has a bit of a less ambient taste than the barista blend I normally use and has sort of a nutty taste which sounds weird that it doesn't have an oat taste but I get the nutty flavor overall. It's tastiest when hot. My one small gripe, and I'm not a professional barista, but since my other milk doesn't foam much I try to make a lot of microfoam - and this product both produces a lot of foam and it doesn't pop easily, I end up with sort of a bit of a sludge of foam at the end of my drink that is less pleasant. I think I just need to remember to not to introduce too much air in the steaming process with this milk. I've only used it for coffee drinks and the small amount of nuttiness drops away to display the coffee flavor perfectly. I took a star off from a perfect score just because I do prefer another brand and I'm a slow coffee drinker so that wonderful bountiful microfoam gets a bit off after letting the drink sit a bit. Don't let that discourage you, definitely worth trying.

Great performing Oat milk
Great product - consistency of the milk, foaming in my coffee machine for latte and cappuccino, and taste - especially when making oatmeal. Knowing it is organinc, uses the whole oat and has no waste nor bad oils added, also makes it a fabulous product. Thanks Willa's!

UGH!
This stuff is over-priced and horrible!!!!! The oat cooks in your hot coffee, turning it into a sludge pile.

Lord god it's AMAZING
My original review was "The flavor, the texture, the aftertaste... all just AWFUL. I love oat milk. I drink it all the time. This is really just terrible and I wish I knew how to make it okay. But no."Then customer service to the rescue! Based on my experience, they assumed the oat milk had frozen during shipping which caused a change in flavor and consistency. They refunded and sent the same products for free knowing I needed to have the opportunity to try the product without the shipping problem. I. AM. AMAZED.This is the best milk alternative I have ever had. Ever. For both health and ethical reasons, I don't drink cow's milk. A lot of oat milk is not made with health and wellness in mind. Some that is healthier is disgusting.Willa's is healthy and absolutely INCREDIBLY delicious. This is my go to from now on. (and make sure you don't have it shipped during the winter!)

Yes, Simple Ingredients..Yes, the healthiest version, No rapeseed oils etc. BUT it tastes aweful?!?
My wife and I where delighted with the Oatly Barrista brand, then came across a tiktok that it had rapeseed oils, so we searched for a brand that was healthier we purchased 6 Willa's and the first thing we noticed is the color is darker than the creamy brown we are used too, but its healthier so that is ok so we pondered, took a sip with our favorite coffee and it was pungent and bitter? how is this possible this is the same Coffee we have been drinking before out of a 5lbs bag (The Guenther House Founders Blend) Exquisite with an bouquet of Rich Chocolate, did this Brand just ruin a Coffee that we drive 60 miles to get? tasted the Willa's on its own and has a watered down tap water residue taste the oats are their but an aftertaste not a soft creamy thicker oatmilk we are used too. I would rather die a few years early and enjoy my velvety creamy coffee than to live longer in misery.

Either whole oats or curdling
The media could not be loaded. I’m unsure if these white chunks i’m seeing are the whole oats or if the milk curdled.. I was off put by it because i shook it before opening and drinking.
