It doesn't contain black pepper which increases turmeric absorption by a hundred times. Also, I felt no difference in pain when taking it. I got another brand that does work but it has both pepper and higher amount of turmeric extract.

"flavour" of tablet is same as haldi but the form (Haldi) is of tablet and size, normal to any ayurvedic pill. For me It is useful as immunity booster, fighting common cold and relieving body pain. Over all, it offers many benefits and costs less effort.
