Smells very bad

I was hesitant after seeing reviews, but my item looked exactly as pictured and the quality is great. No smell, clean, soft material, and easily divided to make more cord.

This is very nice rope. It is a lovely, natural off-white color and combs out to make beautiful fringe or tassels. I've bought rope at craft stores that I ran out of way before I should have so I unspooled and measured this before I started, and it was right on the money. Speaking of money, the price for this is much better than craft stores. I'm frequently willing to pay the craft store premium for impulse projects, but the price difference for this rope was so dramatic that I developed some patience, and I'm glad I did. I will deefinately seek this out next time I need more.

Paid for a fair amount, plus good quality

Got this rope to replace rotten handles on my parcel box the top of which is recycled scaffold planks - it 'treaded' well , did put tape round the ends so the did not snag on damp wood. Don't know how well it will stand up to wet winters but got plenty of spare. I prefer it to the jute rope it replaced (in foreground of photo) stands out better - now Amazon have somewhere to put my parcels again!

Received absolutely dirty and dull looking 4 small bundles of cotton rope that have nothing to do with this listing or the image. I was so shocked that I threw the packet in my store room and only now realise that I could have returned or replaced it, but now it says unavailable. I have been fully cheated of my money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS.
