Really helpful
Really helpful. Much better than normal toothpaste if you suffer with dry mouth.

Meh. Not a fan.
I really wanted to like this toothpaste. I have a few autoimmune issues that make it difficult for me to stay hydrated, and constantly deal with dry mouth. I don't find this toothpaste helps with that at all. I also brush my teeth twice in a row with it because my mouth just doesn't feel clean after using it. Maybe others are having better luck with it? I think I'll stick with my Dr. Organics toothpaste moving forward.

Doesn’t froth
It doesn’t froth much so hard to get it to cover a full tooth brushing session also doesn’t seem to make much difference to dry mouth symptoms, nice mild flavour

Works well as a toothpaste and great that it doesn't include SLS.
I was pleased to try this 'St Andrew's Trust® Dry Mouth Toothpaste | Xerostomia, Dry Mouth Relief Caused by Sjögren's Syndrome, Autoimmune, Sensory Disorders etc| SLS Free, Contains Xylitol, Birch Sap & Betaine (Mint) '. I have Sjogren's syndrome, an auto-immune disease that sets about destroying glands that produce tears, saliva etc. I hope this toothpaste will help my very dry mouth.1. You get a largish white branded outside box with instructions on, that holds the smaller 75ml tube of toothpaste.2. Under the flip up white plastic cap there is a peel off security seal.3. The toothpaste smells nice and minty. It has a look of between a gel and a normal paste. It doesn't include SLS, which I am sensitive to, which is great - most toothpastes do.4. I use an electric toothbrush and the toothpaste worked well, not bubbly but, with a pea sized amount, enough to clean my teeth really well.5. I can't say that I get a minty taste at all. To me it seems slightly salty. I can't say I like the flavour. The instructions are not to rinse afterwards but I just couldn't do that, mainly due to habit and also the flavour. I just use a scant amount of water to rinse with.6. I have been using the toothpaste for a week now and it is doing a great job of cleaning my teeth but I cannot say that it has done much for my dry mouth.7. I will use the rest of the tube to see if it helps by then. Then decide whether to carry on with it.In summary - Works well as a toothpaste and great that it doesn't include SLS but hasn't helped my dry mouth much. Would taste better if mintier. The price of £5.99 for a 75ml tube is quite steep in my opinion.

Disappointing
I couldn't squeeze the paste out. The bottom ended up bursting and there is hardly anything left q complete waste of money

It works really well
I have been intermittent fasting for about a month now and one of this issues I have with it is that my mouth gets quite dry when i’m fasting.I am more than impressed with the ingredients, consistency, subtle mint flavour, cleaning power and saliva inducing effects this toothpaste has. It’s made a difference to me already so it’s definitely worth a try.

Light Mint Flavor
It is different from ordinary toothpaste. Ordinary toothpaste has a lot of bubbles. This one does not. It has a very light mint taste, but when the toothpaste is in the mouth, it is not the fresh mint taste, but the taste of children's candy. The bubbles are not abundant, the toothpaste is milky white, and the export of toothpaste is only the size of children's toothpaste, but these are not a problem. I have a tooth sensitivity problem and hope it can be improved.
