Everyone is a Winner!
Exactly as described. The cost for each ribbon in this package would be a little over a dollar. The quality of the ribbons exceed that cost. Great for birthday parties and contests. The kids love them! Brilliant color. Nice packaging and quick shipping. Would buy again.

It's £1.95 for 1 rosette!!!
Rip off, picture is deliberately misleading as it shows a pack of 12. I've paid £3.40 (inc postage) for 1 x 3" diameter rosette.
