Perfect replacement battery for my LG Rebel 4
The original battery in my Tracfone LG Rebel 4 phone, which is 4 years old, started bulging to the point where the display screen was starting to become detached from the phone from the pressure. And it was also causing a bulge in the back of the phone as well so that it would wobble a little when I would put it on a table instead of laying perfectly flat. I was thinking of just getting a new phone to replace this one. But I didn't really want to because I still get triple minutes on this phone. Tracfone no longer offers triple minutes on their new phones. Then I realized that the battery in this phone is replaceable. Many newer phones have the battery permanently soldered in the phone and are not meant to be replaced, but this LG Rebel 4 being an older phone has a replaceable battery. So, of course, the first place I looked for a replacement was here on Amazon. This seller had the lowest price and best reviews so I decided to take a chance. I just got my new battery today. It looks exactly like the original battery except it doesn't have the LG logo on it. But the specs are the same. Replacing it was easy. You don't need any tools. Just snap the back cover off the phone, lift the old battery out, place the new battery in, and snap the back cover back on. The manufacture date on my new battery is 10/17/2022 so it's a pretty fresh battery. After I replaced it, I turned my phone on and it showed 59% charge remaining. That's not bad for a battery that's been sitting in a warehouse for 6 months. Best thing though is that my phone is no longer bulging. It lays perfectly flat on the table and the display screen is no longer popping off the phone. I feel like I have a brand new phone. So far everything is good with this battery, but if anything changes, I'll post an update.

looks just like the factory battery
My phone is almost 3 years old now. When I first got it, the battery would hold a charge for almost a week. It has gone down to only lasting two days. I purchased the new battery as a test to see if the life span would return. It did not, the new battery lasts just as good as the old one. If you have the same problem, it is most likely due to updates that use excessive power. If you need a new battery these work as good as the factory one.

Works as Expected
This fits LG Rebel 4 phones (possibly others). Very easy to install, charged in only a couple of hours and is working well. It's hard to say how long it will hold a charge, since it depends on use of apps and how much calling you do. I charge my phone daily.

Worse than the old battery
This battery came with about 53% charge. It depleted fast. I recharged as instructed and the battery drains very fast - I can actually watch the percentage drop.I have recharged four times and switched settings to maximum battery saver. Continues to drain.Not worth my time/effort to return. Definitely do NOT recommend.
