I’d order a xl-unless u have small arms go large. I believe this fits like ur normal pull over you’d wear.

I’m 6’0 and 178 and the XL fits me well. I would get a XXL but it might be too long from the arms. A friend of mine got a XXL and he is 6’0 and about 220. If it doesn’t fit, you can always send it back. Yes pretty good about their product.

I am 5'3" 148 lbs and small fits me perfectly. Medium probably fit you, but look at the size chart to determine your size.
