Delicious!
Used these bitters to mimic a gin&tonic we had at The Spanish Diner. Gin, cynar, lavender bitters and a lemon slice, and tonic. It was extraordinary! Everyone at my wedding loved it!!

Thought I was going to hate it
I got this because I wanted to mix a drink that called for it. I was expecting it to be too floral. I found that is very pleasant. I use it to flavor my soad water.

Loved it
I initially got this for my mom too make her a old-fashioned drink with it but I ended up using this top because I wanted to make a LAVENDER LEMON DROP & didn't want to use much lavender syrup to get the lavender taste!

Bitter and floral
It is a real bitter, not sweet as many of them are. It then has a beautiful floral aroma, the lavender that gives a real kick. Great in gin (and vodka)!
