A bit smaller than l thought but it does the work perfectly!

If you have a coffee grinder, great. That is the simplest way to control the grind. Even a whirly bird (blade) grinder should work fine with this coffeemaker.

In a nutshell, that's the big plus for this. You can control the coffee, the grind, the brew temperature, the beans, you name it.

Value for money. Carafe has silicon band eveloped around its neck for safe handling.Looks fargile glass but quite sturdy, i pour boiling water and it resist. Strainer too had silicon point to hold. Controls the silt/sludge well. Super easy to clean, if washed immediately after use with running water , mo meed to put soap at all. Big thumbs up from me.
