Howes Diesel Defender 64-ounce Injector Cleaner and Diesel Fuel Lubricator

Clean the fuel injectors. The stuff worked great. Just as good as dextron ATF

I use Howes all the time and I am very pleased with this product.

As an owner operator of a Mack, I have used this and Lucas. Both do great for the injectors but I noticed a boost in mpg. I tend to gain roughly three quarter of a mile per gallon to each product but here's the kicker...half the cost for Howes! I've also noticed a distinct difference in power when I use Howes! As a professional driver I am a devout user of Howes, all of their products from the meaner cleaner every few months, to the defender every other tank, and the in the winter I use the anti gel. They are pure petroleum which is better than then the synthetic ones that other companies use. When I had work done on my truck I was told by the mechanic that he was impressed with how clean my injectors and cylinder walls were. If that's not enough to want to buy itSo in summation, half the cost, really cleans and lubricates your engine, increased mpg (really important during times of 6 bucks a gallon diesel), and power boost. Would recommend over other brands. Ran out, bought the other Secret brand and DPF regins 2-3 times a day every day.

Like many other reviews, I can confirm that my water separator has had no water build up since using. Have put about 50 gallons of fuel through tank so far. In comparison, it would have about 3/8” water in my separator before. If you can find it at a big box store like Tractor Supply, it’s cheaper, but it’s hard to find!

Howes is my go to now. I’ve tried HotShots and another brand and was losing MPGs. Howes has definitely proved itself to me. I also use Howes Extreme every couple of months.

I have used a lot of Howes products over the last 25 or 30 years and have always found them to be top quality products.
