My recipe is simple: one cup of organic oat milk, one teaspoon of salt, and chia seeds as my egg replacement (they work perfectly for binding). But I also add a special secret ingredient that truly makes these magical - and trust me, it takes them to another level entirely! The results? Absolutely fabulous every single time. Deep, rich chocolate flavour with that perfect fudgy texture you dream about. Look at that gorgeous crackly top! They come out looking like proper bakery brownies, and the taste is even better. Dense, moist, and intensely chocolatey without being sickly sweet. What makes this mix stand out is how reliable it is. No faff, no complicated steps - just mix your ingredients and bake. The chia seeds create the perfect texture without any eggy taste, and my secret addition makes these genuinely unforgettable. My own fault for not properly acknowledging reviews or ingredients. This is just the sweetened flour and raising agent. You add banana, butter, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon (hilariously gives a list of other customisable ingredients like caramel and chocolate chips that it also doesn't include!). Bit of a let down.

This mixture creates really lovely banana bread. I am not a vegan so I made it the non-vegan way with an egg. It was easy to make and has a lovely taste and texture to it. The banana flavour was really nice and has a nice soft texture to it and was not dry. I really like the way this turned out and love the price. I am sure I will be buying more in the future.

I followed the instructions on the back and made exactly as directed - there is no mention of any need for egg or binding ingredients - and it's just greasy crumbs. Was supposed to be part of my Christmas dessert, but will have to make my own from scratch now 🙄
