Pharmapacks currently offers the 25.36 ounce "shampoo" only for $11.36. However it isn't available until February 21, 2020. I bit the bullet and bought the combo shampoo/ conditioner for nearly the same price.

No. I have ordered this product twice and not once has it came with pumps.

It has been a while since I had it, but I believe a mint / eucalyptus scent.
