I absolutely love this desk. The woodgrain looks amazing. It was not too difficult to assemble. Easy to assemble: I would give it 4.5 out of 5. It took maybe 15 minutes, but I also used wood glue on the wooden dials to make the whole thing more sturdy. It seems to be of good quality. I wouldn't sit, nor stand on it, but I believe it would support 40-50 lbs. with no problems. It was a little smaller than expected, but perfect for the small bedroom it's located in. If you are in need of a small desk, I would certainly recommend this product.

Bought this piece as an art desk. Perfect size, not too big and not too small. It is sturdy and there’s minimal assembly. The top with the drawer was already assembled and the slats on the sides were already in place, just had to put all sides together, I assisted my son in doing this.

Very simple assembly, well packed for shipping. Looks like the photo. I am using it for a computer desk and the size works well for my small home office.

Beautiful piece of furniture however they sent me two part C’s no D for the mission legs. Had to make it work by drilling holes.

Just assembled, and a few thoughts... Took 15 minutes to assemble, as it came in 3 main pieces, along with the lower brace. Didn't care for the lower brace between the sides, it didn't connect well, but not a big deal. Other than that, assembly a breeze, nice looking wood, and feels solid. Well worth the money.

This is top notch. I put this together all by myself, and I'm an old auntie, LOL. Only took me about 45 minutes. The directions are illustrations, but they are clear and the nuts/bolts are well marked and shrink wrapped. It was made in Vietnam. The final product is beautiful, the finish lovely, a great looking arts & crafts style piece, I love it.

After unboxing the parts and as I was preparing to assemble the desk, I discovered that the wooden drawer slide on one of the sides of the drawer compartment had come completely unglued. It fell off as I removed the drawer. Apparently, glue was the only thing (allegedly) holding it in place. I nailed the slide back on with my nail gun and proceeded to assemble the desk, only to discover that one of the threaded holes for the legs on both sides of the desk did not line up. Fortunately, the other three on each side did, so I was able to assemble the desk. Also, the bolt hole for the cam screw that holds the leg support bar in place was too small and I had to take my drill and make the hole bigger. Despite the quality control issues, the desk looks good and seems pretty sturdy, so far.

This is the perfect addition to my mission style living room. I actually use it as a table in the front window, and not a desk. It's perfect for a lamp and some family photos and plants, and it matches my furniture well. Between myself and my teenager, it was easy to assemble, and as mentioned by other reviewers, the entire top of the table comes assembled so you only have to attach the sides. For size reference, the Christmas tree in the photos is 6 ft tall and very slim. It arrived earlier than expected, which was awesome. I feel it's a great piece at a great price.

I am very pleased with the desk. The size, colour and look are exactly what I wanted. It was out of stock when I ordered it and it did take a while to ship but it was well worth the wait.

Easy to assemble, functional, and it looks great

Specifically purchased this desk because it was advertised as solid wood. I read every possible description and fine print and they all said it was solid wood. I received it and there are warnings all over the box that it is NOT SOLID WOOD, but contained artificial wood and may contain lead and other harmful chemicals that may cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm (see photo). I am pregnant and have a toddler so this desk is not ideal! I called immediately to have the item returned. It is an extremely heavy box and I could not lift it. On three different occasions I spent over an hour trying to explain to various customer service agents that I physically could not lift the box to return it and I needed a pick up scheduled. I was bumped around and put on hold over and over again. After 3 weeks and hours upon hours of calling and emailing a pick up was finally organized. They have the desk back and I have still not received a refund. Do not purchase furniture from Amazon, terrible quality, and not worth the time or hassle. Really, really surprised at the poor customer service experience - will be cancelling prime and shopping elsewhere.

This desk is approx. 2 grades below Ikea, the finish had blemishes, much of the wood imperfections to be expected using OSB are hidden using finishing techniques. It's understandable that you're not purchasing a quality piece of furniture, however it's still overpriced for what you're getting.A reasonable price for the grade of product would be would be $289-$310 max.! Too much effort to return.
