P001 Plus Global Tracking Device

Support is unhelpful and my device stopped working even a few days after I received it.June , 2017. iTraq finally mentioned they need to replace the Sims card or give credit for new item. After receiving a new item there non existing customer service will not activate it.😠😠😠

I must tell you that I paid for my iTraq but I was lucky to be part of the pilot program to test the iTraq+ before it was released to the public. I have used it in my luggage while traveling by plane to various locations. It was great being able to determine ahead of time that my luggage had made it to the airport at each leg of my trip. I've also tested it while driving in my car and it's very cool. This is the only tracking device that uses Cell signals to locate Plus GPS technology. Check it out.

Item doesn't work. Facebook, the iTraq forum and Indiegogo Comments page are full of people reporting failure with the product. Upwards of 60% of the iTraqs shipped to original backers failed at around 4pmBST on 4 June. No resolution, no comment from iTraq - instead, customers are ignored.

This device doesn't work and I'm waiting for an answer from iTraq since 2 weeks. Many other people have problems too, but iTraq just ignores them like me. You can read about this in their forum, on Facebook, etc. Don't buy this. It's a waste of money.
