Yamaha FX335C Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar Black

First of all, it took me about 2-3 months of going back and forth to guitar center and test so many different guitars, originally I wanted an ovation guitar but after trying the body texture wasn't what I wanted, it was hard to keep the guitar in position due to the finish. I tried Fender's Martin's and of course Yamaha's. I originally intended to buy the natural color but after seeing this black one I really like it.Guitar center were running a sale so got it for $199.99. The guitar is very nice for this price point. The quality is what you would expect again for this price point. Sound quality is rich and full. The guitar is not too heavy compare to a full body, the finish is glossy and the black color is very elegant. Overall I'm happy with this guitar and I expect it to last me a long time.

Maybe I got lucky, but I bought one of these for $200 and it rivals my Martin, Collings, and Taylor guitars. Sounds a little weak without amplification, but plugged in it sounds great. Intonation is very good, and the neck is straight as an arrow. I've been playing for 50 years.
