Noodles tasted really nice.. I used half the masala packet given ..cant differentiate between millet and maida noodles.obviously price is on higher side,but since it is not eaten regularly, so doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.

Good alternative to Wheat and Refined flour noodles
These are not as palatable as a general pack of ramen/instant noodles but with the use of some sauces (mushroom sauce, chili oil/garlic, tabasco, sriracha etc), you can make them really delicious. These are anyday better in nutrition and qualities over other pack of non-millet noodles

Stale products , causes stomach ache.
The noodles were not expired but still they smell stale once packet is opened and causes stomach ache. They are also completely white and I wonder if they have any millets in them, its completely Maida.
