Best soap nuts I’ve used!
Best quality soap nuts I’ve purchased. This is the first brand out of many that is providing WHOLE soap nuts. If you’ve never tried soap nuts they need to go into a little laundry bag (which is not supplied). Clean wet laundry has slight soapy smell which I don’t notice when clothes are dry. For extra stinky loads, I use a soak cycle on hot or warm and add vinegar. Works almost every time. They work just fine for my kiddo with eczema-prone sensitive skin. Since they are all natural, they are perfect for septic systems.

Weight is with the Seeds included
Most of the soap nuts still have their seeds which is a choir getting out and is misleading on the weight of soap nuts your ultimately getting. I wish they made it clear that most of them would have seeds.(Picture)-> Some of soap nut seeds I collected

Been using these for years - I still prefer them over detergent
Clothes are getting clean - even my grandson's bibs! And we know we're helping care for the environment. It's a win-win!

Molded
3/4 of the pack was molded, both outside and in. Extremely disappointed!

Sustainable and works!
A neat natural laundry detergent. Smells a little like vinegar but the scent doesn’t leach into clothes at all (just like washing clothes in actual vinegar, which I have done before). You definitely can’t use the same nuts past seven uses, though. At least at the soil densities of my family’s laundry (5 young boys, some cloth diapers, and MANY dirty dish rags in a no-dishwasher household)!! Things start to smell after 6-7 uses of the same few soapnuts, but that’s the recommend usage anyway. I like that they’re hypoallergenic and compostable. Have only used them for laundry so far but plan to experiment with making shampoo as well.
