Because I need to wash my hair every day due to daily working out and extreme sweating, I use this product approximately every 4-5 days. This product does a good job protecting my hair from the damage that frequent washings can cause. I occasionally ask my stylist for her opinion on the condition of my hair. She always says that my hair is healthy. The only thing that I think could be improved is the scent. It's not bad, but it could be better. However, I can only smell it is when I am applying it to my hair, and for a short time afterwards while my hair is still wet. Once my hair is dry, I don't smell anything. I will definitely continue using this product.
