Great product does what it’s intended
I was afraid of purchasing this supplement here but it works like a charm. I’ve been using this product for months and it’s effective. I have taken other similar supplements but they would give me headaches. This helps me relax and I noticed a huge difference when I don’t take it. I usually take 2 in the mornings and at times 2 in the evenings if I can’t sleep.

Best alternative to SSRI or any other 5-htp product
Amazing protocol! There aren't enough reviews out there on this. I've been taking 75 mg. 5-htp already, & today was my first time taking 1 of these. I can say I was feeling yucky this morning before taking this. It kept me calm & kept my emotions balanced. Works even better than any SSRI. Tomorrow I'll try taking 1 twice a day. It's always good to start slow & titrate up. But this product is phenomenal in many ways. I've had major depression and just 1 of these today truly helped. No burn-out either. No side effects. More people need to know about this. It's awesome! 5 stars from me...

Love the product but price needs to go back down
I have been going through a really hard time in life lately with major health issues and surgeries I have been dealing with. So many days I have felt on the brink of slipping into a deep depression. My insurance doesn’t cover therapy or any kind of mental health services. Since I have little options and prefer natural treatments anyway, I started taking this supplement. It has helped me so much. It gives me a more positive outlook and I don’t feel like my mind and heart are racing constantly. I usually take the recommended 4 gels daily. 2 in morning 2 at night. My only complaint is that when I first started buying this on Amazon the price was $15 and some change and now it’s $17.99. I would love for the price to be lowered back to what it originally was when I first started purchasing since one bottle only lasts for 2 weeks if you take the recommended 4 gels daily.
