Honestly I’m extremely pleased with this purchase. Recent had jaw surgery and a lot of face swelling, this is helping a lot, I love how there is a bag that can also go in the freezer and keeps it cool when out. Great product, easy to use, perfect for everyday use or healing.

This product was ok but doesn't stay cold for long enough. It starts of freezing but within 3minutes, it's warm again. Holdall bag was a great idea though.

Very impressive I have Gaint cell arterial and with steroids treatment suffer sleep deprivation. Which gives me sore puffy eyes headache this is very soothing and help with headache and puffiness seems to reduced will make it a daily ritual.
