UPDATE… Amazing… mine broke; seller sending a replacement for free… nearly three years from original purchase. Amazing seller and product. Have used mine weekly for three years. Some complain about the shape it creates… it’s perfect for a perfectly shaped circle beard. I’ve had eye surgery, twice in three years… it has allowed me to trim with confidence, even when I was temporarily down to one eye. (As I am now - excuse any errors) It doesn’t work, if you’re wanting a goatee that goes to your Adam’s apple no…for it’s intended use… perfect.I’m revising my assessment... once I got it adjusted, I’m happy. Wish it was “lock-able”once you find your shape. Near perfect goatee, and people have noticed.First review... If you have a fat chin - maybe... it didn’t fit my chin. And I don’t consider myself to have a narrow or pointy face. I had such high hopes for this. It was disappointing. I used it, but it’s not what I expected. The bottom chin add on piece is a flimsy piece of plastic that tapes in. That’s useless too. Kinda ruins idea of washing, and being adjustable.

I got fed up with the winter full beard and cut it down to my usual year-round goatee. Last time I went to the barber's I asked for the beard just to be neatened up - he attacked it and took most of it off (will see my usual barber next time!).I'd not shaved for nearly a week so I adjusted the device and set to work with my Philips One Blade. Yes, it works well as long as you are careful, particularly when adjusting the width. Once you have got that right, puff your cheeks out a bit to not leave any gaps. As for the line under your jaw: don't shave up to the edge of the template: it's not too difficult to trim a centimeter or so lower if, like me, you prefer a fuller beard.It's getting the SYMMETRY correct, left and right, that is the real strength of this device and that is something quite difficult to get exactly right just by hand. You can of course trim any remaining wispy bits by hand.A useful tool for anyone fed up with getting their beard not quite right!

Je n'écris qu'extrêmement rarement (pour ne pas dire jamais) de commentaires sans m'être préalablement laissé un temps nécessaire et suffisant à me donner une réelle opinion ; mais... objectivement... dans le cas de ce guide de coupe pourquoi attendre de m'être rasé avec 42 fois ?Pour être très sincère je l'ai acheté un peu par curiosité ; je l'avais vu aux États-Unis, avais trouvé l'objet intéressant et j'ai profité d'une baisse singulière de son prix ici pour sauter le pas (9,99€ au lieu de 17,22 habituellement).J'ai un bouc que j'entretiens normalement quotidiennement, cela étant vous savez comme moi que l'on a vite fait de se rater quand on ne s'est pas rasé depuis deux ou trois jours et qu'il n'est pas forcément aisé de rattraper le coup quand cela arrive... Bref, après m'être un peu négligé ces derniers jours je me suis essayé à cet outil qui - mis en bouche - me fait ressembler à la progéniture qu'auraient pu avoir ensemble Miss Piggy et Anakin Skywalker (Dark Vador pour les intimes...).Que dire ? Je pensais jusque maintenant ne pas trop mal me débrouiller à la main, mais là... woooow... le résultat est simplement bluffant ! C'est tout juste si après son emploi (d'une facilité déconcertante) je ne finirais pas par me trouver beau !Pour info je me rase à l'électrique depuis toujours (un rasoir avec trois têtes rotatives) et utilise depuis des années un petit Philips en complément pour les finitions (cherchez Philips MG1100/16 sur Amazon) ; force est ma foi de constater que ce dernier passe parfaitement le long de cet outil de calibrage et que le résultat est simplement PARFAIT !Je n'ai aucune action chez MyPerfectGoatee pas plus que je n'en ai chez Philips ; ceux qui me connaissent savent d'ailleurs que je ne suis pas nécessairement tendre quand un produit est inefficace, mais là... mon seul regret réside dans le fait de ne pas l'avoir acheté avant. Sincèrement, vu son prix, essayez-le ; vous risquez comme moi d'être conquis.
