Essential tool for a breastfeeding Mama!
If you buy a Haka be sure to get one with the with the suction foot, lid, and ladybug! The ladybug is perfect for collecting opposite side let down milk, and the Haka works well to take some of the pressure off, making it easier for baby to latch. As a bonus you can save all this up and you get a small milk stash (without having to pump/overstimulate your milk supply) which is perfect for cluster feeds or if you want to be able to have someone else give baby an occasional bottle, or to stash a few oz in the freezer. It seems like the Haka without the lid/foot would be a huge pain to set aside or store in the fridge so these features seem like must haves to make your life easier!

Definitely helps
First let me say the ladybug was a waste of money but the suction pump works good. At first it was very painful and stopped suctioning after a few cleans but I reached out and they sent me a new one very fast. I did have a issue with itching and the pain stopped because I just would lightly squeeze it when attaching it Definitely helped build supply just be adding it on while nursing

Postpartum must-have!
I had the original haaka after my first child 3 years ago. I struggled with pain but when I realized how to use it properly (ie folding the opening back before placing it on the breast - YouTube this), it worked wonders. Very useful for saving up some breast milk for storage. The lady bug is even better now because there’s no wrong way to place it. It doesn’t hurt and it still collects drops from let down to start a stash. Highly recommend buying this for an expectant mother or for yourself for the first few weeks postpartum.

Great gift
Great combo set for nursing moms. I appreciate the option of the lady bug catcher as well as the traditional one.

All around great product
Love the Hakkaa for expression to gather colostrum and initiate labor. Great for first few days when milk comes in and for let down postpartum. Lady bug is also good for let down but found it is best when worn in bra as it can fall off!
