Flavor is 10/10! I take this BEFORE I take my probiotics before bedtime. It seems to be helping to lower my blood sugar a little bit too. There is something about the flavor of this that slightly reminds me of the flavor profile of PEANUT BUTTER CAP'N CRUNCH and I LOVE that!

I use this to make L Ruteri " yogurt" by Dr. Davis.This can be difficult to dissolve but never gave me 1 bad batch. Perfect for the recipe due to excellent results.

I use this with a meal replacement powder. It provides a good measurement of fiber without adding taste.It needs to be keep very moisture free. I left the lid loose and the product hardened.

If you have gut issues then I recommend this product. Its a great prebiotic to feed the good gut bacteria and it dissolves easily.

The weight I'd falling off, if u can deal with the feeling full off water kind feeling all day then the loose watery stools constantly then this is your product for weight loss and GI mobility

I have tried other inulin products. From the 2nd day I was amazed! For me it has been a God send. I have daily normal soft BM's as it counters the mediacations I have to be on which cause constipation. I have it in my hot tea every morning. NO taste, NOT textures. I have been using this brand for over a year. I evern tried the Artichoke but for me it did the oppisite! I am on several pain support groups and autoimmune support groups and where I found out about this brand. It has truly made a difference in my body overall. I am sorry as I type this it is not available right now so am going directly to the manufacturer. I hope Amazon can get it back soon to the subscribe and save.
