. This product saved me today, I decided to lighten my already dirty red hair today. It lightened but became copper. I couldn't even go outside with this color. I found Feria on Amazon and ordered two boxes at once. IT DID NOT LET US DOWN. I could have achieved a purer shade if I hadn't kept it on for 15 minutes, I should have kept it on longer, I'll know that in the future. So if you need to quickly remove the red tint from your hair, this product is definitely for you.

LISTEN TO THE TIME IT SAYS TO LEAVE IT IN. I recently bleached my hair and got that really warm-yellow bleach look. I wanted to cool my hair down to achieve the blonde I wanted. I put this in my lemon head hair for 10 minutes and holy cow did my hair turn grey/blue. Definitely would have done just 5 minutes and then rinsed off. Great product still. It does the job.

Coming from a brand like L’Oreal I thought this would help remove some of the orange tones and brassiness my blonde highlights had I followed the directions to the T rinsed it out, and immediately knew that my hair was darker, much darker almost like a dark brown on top of that to make things worse there was a reddish tint to itOf course I was devastated it did the opposite of what I wanted. I wanted to make my blonde hair brighter that’s orange not brown. I had had a horrible Salon experience a few years ago and I remembered that I had to act quickly. I’ve been jumped on the computer for an hour doing research and realize that this is a toner and that I had to get it out of my hair, so then went into washing my hair clarifying shampoos Dawn dishwashing soap, head and shoulders even mixing baking soda with shampoo not to mention now that my hair is damaged from all of this over washing and I still don’t have my original blonde hair color that I had before I used a product terrible. Terrible terrible what a nightmare awful experience . I am still trying to find a solution, but may have to end up going to the salon. I’m paying a lot of money to fix my hair.Do not recommend this product to anyoneWorst thing as they don’t even let your return the product so you’re stuck with it and you pay to have damage hair

it definitely made my bleached hair look more natural, works pretty well. i’ve looked at the other reviews and most people on here say it’s not consistent so not sure about that part but i’m gonna dye it a color so i won’t know lol. def recommend, the comments saying it darkened their hair left it on for tooo long because it’s only supposed to sit for a 5-10 minutes and you can see it change your hair color.

Any color you use, you’ll find the qualities you want in this brand. My hair is fine, but wants to not let go of colors. I trust this product. I get the lift I need.

Didn’t work or medium brown hair . I was hoping for a mushroom brown tone. To nor fair brown is very hard to tone .

I think it works. I gave myself highlights but because of not letting some of the foils process long enough/ the color on my mids and ends being a reddish brown, my hair looked really orange. It’s kind of hard to apply since you are supposed to apply to dry hair and my hair sucked it all up so I couldn’t tell what was saturated. The first time I used this, it took me so long to apply that I got scared it would turn gray so i washed it out early and it didn’t have a huge effect. I got another box and left it longer and it looks really nice now. I took about 5 minutes to apply, started on my mids. Then left it for another 10 and it’s a nice bright creamy color and not gray. Loved this toner for brassy foiled ash blond hair. Did an awesome job and was super simple to do, and fast processing time. Will definitely reorder if I need to get rid of any brassiness in the future.
