FolkArt Fan Brush, 1196, Multicolor

I purchased this brush for only one purpose--I needed a brush that would flick those nice splotches of paint I so adore in "messy" mixed media. This brush is fantastic for this purpose. And I do know there are certain shapes I can use the fanned-out bristles for, but one lesson at a time. This is what I needed now, and if you're looking for the perfect "paint flicking" brush--this one's it. I'm not an expert using it yet, so please don't judge the brush by the photo! :)I've used it with both acrylic and water color paints.

I love everything about them they are my go to brush this is my second set that I’ve owned and will definitely recommend them.

One Stroke brushes work great! I love the rake because you can do many fun applications like animal fur, grass, palm trees and many other effects. I have tried several different brush brands and still prefer the One Stroke brushes even for paintings that I do not using the One Stroke method.

I use this for applying masks and peels. It is a nice length, feels silky on the skin but is still firm for applications and does not fall apart or peel with repeated washings etc.

It's a very fine bristled brush. It is working ok for light spa masks, but I wish it was a little more dense. Easy to clean though.

I bought this to brush away colored pencil debris that builds up on drawing paper as you apply the pencils to avoid smudging random bits of color dust coming off the pencils into white spaces that I want to keep clean. For that purpose I found this brush to be excellent. Its very soft yet the bristles keep their shape, the handle was very nice as well.

This brush is what I needed to use to get crumbs and candy sprinkles off my iced cookies. Works wonders and hold well too as the hairs don't fall out and its so easy to just wash clean

I used this brush 5 or so times and it fell apart. I would not buy this brush again based on that performance; a huge waste of money. i learned my lesson: "you get what you pay for".

Horrible brush - does not hold any product and the top continuously falls off the brush handle.

the brush head came off after washing it for the first time.
