Arrived warm, the cold pack was melted. There was a letter included saying don't be alarmed if probiotics arrive warm as they can survive at room temperature for about a week. The thing is, it is hot outside, not room temp. Would be better to box in small styrofoam container to insulate better. For how expensive these are it would give some of us peace of mind if they arrived cold.

I had a prescription for this, getting here is cheaper, there is no better probiotic
