This book gives you so much, up front, without cluttering details. One single chapter in this book covers the basics that some more popular EPR text take 6 chapters to cover. The authors state that one of the aims of the text was to "update" some of the older texts and now having been exposed to both I can say this text has definitely met this goal. The diagrams are very helpful. I wish I had read this text first as it would have saved me so much time and headaches. I love this book!

This book is a wonderful tool, Its first chapter is very good for the understanding of the principle behind the EPR technique. Perhaps is not difficult to read, you MUST have a minimum knowledge about physics mechanics and the mathematical language for the expression of physical phenomenas trough equations. The rest of the book is very appropriate for understanding the technique, on which situations use it, helps you to understand readings you are obtaining, works almost as a troubleshooting guide. If you are going to use EPR as a technique for biomedical sciences research, perhaps surely your objective is not to become an specialist in EPR, I suggest definitely to buy this book.
